Refund policy
Cancellations, returns and refunds.
Before dispatch
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before they are packed.
Damaged or incorrect items
If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days with your order number and photos.

Refund timings
