Before you order
When will my order be dispatched?+
Orders paid before 3pm Monday to Friday are packed and dispatched the same day. Later orders go out the next working day.
How is my order packaged?+
Vials are packed in a protective insert inside a plain, unbranded mailer. Nothing on the outside describes the contents.
Can I change or cancel my order?+
Yes, as long as it hasn’t been packed. Contact us with your order number (e.g. ORD-10027) and we’ll update it or refund you in full.
Do I need an account to order?+
No. Guest checkout is available. You’ll receive your order number by email so you can contact us about it at any time.
Which payment methods do you accept?+
All major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, processed securely by Stripe.
